Outfitted with a washer, dryer, and dish washer you can have the conveniences of home while enjoying the unique experience of floating on the water. The Boathouse is roughly a 25 minute cruise when traveling from Lake St. Clair by boat. The Boathouse does not leave the dock.

Enjoy two brand new queen beds, a television, cooking utensils, appliances, and more. Take a seat on the deck and watch the boat traffic pass on the Clinton River. Visit by land or by water. The Boathouse does not leave the dock.
The houseboat is home to two units. Guests can book both together for larger groups of up to 8 people.
